This is the spirit of volunteering; Ben & Jason with friends raising money in the week-long Mannequin Challenge which raised over £15,000 for St Michaels Hospice in Harrogate. Incredible vocals by Annie Drury.

 

 

Sylvia showing signs of improvement

We've received another blog update from Mona with incredible photographs of Sylvia, already gaining weight and growing in strength. Mona organised a home-based carer, Selvin (pictured here) to come over to Christines house every day, having purchased the food needed for her strict diet and to cook and care for Sylvia.

We've also started fundraising for Sylvia's trip to go to Nairobi's Gertrude's Children's Hospital. If anyone is able to assist with costs, we'd really appreciate it. We have around 7,000Ksh of the necessary 30,000Ksh (US$385). Contact us if you wish to help and for more info follow Mona's blog here.
